Registration Process

New Student

New students who wish to register must complete the admissions process prior to registering.

 
  1. Students should assume full responsibility for registering properly within the given dates for registration.
  2. The Registration Process: Students are to enroll online and print a payment sheet. Payments are to be made at the Bank. Students must bring in their original bank payment receipts to school on the given registration date to complete the registration process along with their printed payment sheet. (See Registration Guidelines)
  3. After the registration period all other payments should be done at the CEMJC accounting clerk’s office.
  4. Students are allowed to pay all their school fees during the registration period. They can also use the payment plan option to pay half during registration and the other half on a date set forth by the institution.
  5. Any student that does not complete the registration process at the given time will have to undergo the process of late registration. Late registration can occur immediately after the given registration date up until the first week of classes. Students that register late will have to pay a late registration fee of $50.00 for the process to be completed.

Online Registration Procedure

Centro Escolar Junior College provides an easy way to register online through the CRS System, students can conviniently register to any subject in the confort of their homes using any device with internet access.

 
  1. Write in your internet browser the following link and click enter:
  2. You will be asked for a username and a password. Enter the username and password that is listed above then click enter.
  3. After you have been successfully logged in, you will be directed to your ‘Dashboard’, which is your home view. In order to register for the courses that you will be taking for the semester, go to the section ‘Just for You’ that is on the left side. There you will see a list of courses, the name of the lecturer and an ‘enroll’ button.
  4. In order to register for a course, you click Enroll and a message will appear, verifying if you are going to enroll for the course. As you successfully enroll for a course, it will be disappearing from the ‘Just for You’ Section.
  5. Once you have enrolled for the courses that you will take for the semester, at the top section, click the ‘My Fees’ button. In this area you will see a full description of the cost corresponding for the school period that you are registering for. On the area to the right, under the Total Fees, you have a 'Print Invoice' button and you will click it in order to download the invoice.
  6. Once the PDF document is downloaded you print it.
  7. With your printed invoice you are to proceed to make a registration payment for your Semester.

Returning Students

Returning students who wish to register must meet with an academic advisor or counselor prior to registration.
